It's May Day or Beltane!

The time of year when it's exactly six months from Samhain, when the vale is once again thin and penetrable. It's the time of New Life, sowing what is to be reaped. Embracing the unions of Man and Woman, Man and Man or Woman and Woman. May is the month for New Beginnings, for everyone and everything. Flowers are blooming, trees are leafing out and the cold frozen land in coming alive once more.

So dance like the Maiden and welcome the turning of the seasons!

I made my flower crown out of cheep dollar store flowers. I wanted to make a roman esq head piece but it ended up looking more like the flowers that horse race winners ware.




Anyway ware your flowers with pride my friends!

Hey Everyone! So as you may or may not know I am an avid animal lover but my personal faves are dogs. I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I wanted stuffed puppies before ever wanting a baby doll to play with and The Littlest Pet Shop was the shit. I was in 4-H for 5 years with dogs, even briefly trained dogs. November Favorites 2014

It's December ya'll! That means that Yule and Christmas are just right around the corner, before you know it it will be 2015! I did film a faves video. In fact I filmed it twice but both times I forgot a few things and the quality was not very good. So...... A good old fashion blog post it is! Lets begin with the first beauty product: NYC Sky rise Lengthening Mascara. It's kind of amazing and for just a couple of dollars you can't go wrong. It has a thin traditional brush that helps gets extra close to the lash line. I used it every time I applied makeup in November because it helped me reach those tiny curled lashes I have on my left eye. Also because of my astigmatism helped to not stab myself in the eyeball.
