I am aware that June is well underway but better late then pregnant as Blanche from the Golden Girls would say. So the month of May was not a big month of makeup for me. I wore very little of as it was so humid here in the south that most of it would melt off of my face before I could get from the house to my car. Plus my job is not conducive to wearing makeup lol Anyhow I do have a few things that I have been loving this past May. 1st - Forever Midnight body cream from Bath and Body Works. I have had this lotion since December and it's so think and creamy I have to use it sparingly. It smells so good, with note of plum, jasmine, vanilla and caramel. I put it on my hands at night and my legs after shaving. I have no idea if BaBW sitll sells thins or if it was a limited time thing. I got it as a gift. 2nd - Flavor Blasted Goldfish crackers by Peppridge Farm. I love salty snacks and it seams like every time I go to the store I get up buy a bag/box of these. They are so chedde

Okay I am like obsessed with YouTube. I'm always late tot he band wagon but I'm so happy to have finally joined this craze. I love all of the YouTubers and getting to live vicariously through them. It's like the what reality TV should have been. I have a handful of favorites and one of them is Shane Dawson. Now, he is not everyone's cup of tea but I love him. He is honest, funny, crude, rude and all around my mind of person. He has a movie coming out, he makes short sketches, parody videos, original songs and does all the other things hip YouTubers do like challenge videos, collaboration and whatnot. Yes, it's Summer in my part of the world and I'm trying hard not to hate it this year. Living in the rural South makes summer more then hot; they are humid and that means you sweat. A lot. This blog post is gonna be a ramble one because my life is a bit topsy turvy right now. Oh yeah we need to bring back "topsy turvy". This Summer my youngest nieces have been staying with me. It's been three weeks, I want summer vacation to be over now. Don't get me wrong they are good little girls and are content most of the time but I feel the need to tell everyone out there who has ever thought about having kids to do a summer test run before you jump into baby land. This Memorial day we all had a family dinner over at my sisters house. Whilst outside playing a rousing game of Password we saw some teen age girls goofing off just up the road. We see them screech and run around after a minute we see a tiny kitten trying to follow these girls. One of them takes to back to the porch from wents it came and they ran along down the road. Of course this tiny kitten did not stay where it was put and decided to try and cross the road. After almost being run over by a car, all of the adults yelling and trying to get to it, my niece Erica was able to pick it up. Now how the kitten ended up at that house ones to guess as the house is vacant and has been for some time. So naturally the little thing came home with me. His first night was spent away from the other cats and animals just to make sure everything was good and he did not have something that he could pass onto my animals. So on the day we all went to the Rod Run we stopped by a local "tourist" shop to have a look around. They have some really neat things and some one of a kind things.
