Vegan Pumpkin Muffins
Hey everyone! So I watched Monami Frost make these and they looked so freaking delicious that I needed to try them. I made two batches of these and they both turned out amazing! I did add a little too much flax egg to the second batch so watch that it makes them a little heavy. For the glaze on the second batch I just did maple syrup and powdered sugar which I liked better.
