Harvest Moon

It feels like Autumn today! It was a crisp 45 degrees while I sat on the porch swing with a steaming cup of coffee. I shivered while watching the dogs while the crows sang and the sun rose! It was wonderful! 

Last night was the Full Moon and it was amazing. My good camera had a dead battery and my little camera was not powerful enough to get a good picture. This was the best out of all the ones I took. It was so bright and just stunning.

Hey Everyone! So as you may or may not know I am an avid animal lover but my personal faves are dogs. I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I wanted stuffed puppies before ever wanting a baby doll to play with and The Littlest Pet Shop was the shit. I was in 4-H for 5 years with dogs, even briefly trained dogs. Dog shows are my sporting events of choice. I rescued dogs for many years but purebreds will always have my heart. I started grooming dogs in 2004 when I was 18. I loved it, getting to be around dogs all day meeting new breeds and making the dogs (and owners) feel good. November Favorites 2014

It's December ya'll! That means that Yule and Christmas are just right around the corner, before you know it it will be 2015! I did film a faves video. In fact I filmed it twice but both times I forgot a few things and the quality was not very good. So...... A good old fashion blog post it is! Lets begin with the first beauty product: NYC Sky rise Lengthening Mascara. It's kind of amazing and for just a couple of dollars you can't go wrong. It has a thin traditional brush that helps gets extra close to the lash line. I used it every time I applied makeup in November because it helped me reach those tiny curled lashes I have on my left eye. Also because of my astigmatism helped to not stab myself in the eyeball.
