My New Hair!

Hey everyone!

So I cut all of may hair off. I didn't intend to it just sort of happened; I really like it though. I have always been one of those people who wants really long mermaid hair or a short pixie cut. I love long hair and had quite long hair for a while, I've even had short hair but nothing ever this drastic.



It's an amazing thing to adjust to. I still have moments of habit where I reach up to take my hair down as it always feels like I have it pulled up. but without the head aches and soreness.

Short hair Pros:

  • Easy to wash, dry and style.
  • Very little 'shedding'.
  • Wake up and go.
  • No soreness from pony tails.
  • Cute hats!


Short hair cons:

  • Limited on styles
  • My head is colder.
  • Maintaining the cut. (my hair grows fast)
  • No sassy buns, hair flips or ear tucks.



Its been an adjustment but one I'm really happy with. How about y'all? Ever wanted to changed your hair in a drastic way? Let me know.

Hey Everyone! So as you may or may not know I am an avid animal lover but my personal faves are dogs. I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I wanted stuffed puppies before ever wanting a baby doll to play with and The Littlest Pet Shop was the shit. I was in 4-H for 5 years with dogs, even briefly trained dogs. November Favorites 2014

It's December ya'll! That means that Yule and Christmas are just right around the corner, before you know it it will be 2015! I did film a faves video. In fact I filmed it twice but both times I forgot a few things and the quality was not very good. So...... A good old fashion blog post it is! Lets begin with the first beauty product: NYC Sky rise Lengthening Mascara. It's kind of amazing and for just a couple of dollars you can't go wrong. It has a thin traditional brush that helps gets extra close to the lash line. I used it every time I applied makeup in November because it helped me reach those tiny curled lashes I have on my left eye. Also because of my astigmatism helped to not stab myself in the eyeball. Dogs.

Hey everyone! I am a self proclaimed Dog Snob. I love dogs and the sport of showing dogs. Anything involved with dogs, I love. Now I say Snob because I prefer purebreds. Mutts are great, I have several but my heart is pedigreed. This is also why I love being a pet groomer, getting to be hands on with so many different breeds and making them look as close as I can to their breed type is a thrill for me. I have always wanted to breed/show purebred dogs. Westminster is like the Super Bowl for me, I love reading about animal genetics, and raising puppies. But getting a breeder of quality dogs to give a virtual 'noobie' like me a puppy in the my chosen breed is nearly impossible. Now my breed of choice is the Poodle. Big or small I love them all but trying to find a healthy, well bred companion Toy Poodle is nearly impossible, almost as impossible as getting one from a show breeder.
